Practices and rituals like taking time to journal, and specifically by meditating, we are in direct communication with our prefrontal cortex (the developed cognitive brain vs living in survival mode / constant state of fight or flight / stress response)

March 2021, I had the balls to create, market, & teach my first ever masterclass I titled “Happy over Hustle” an industry-wide needed training that I pitched to my strong network of network marketers. It was just the beginning. Only 3 people showed up lol…. and I will not upload the replay because my message has shifted since but, damn I’m proud of her. I remember getting off the call absolutely BUZZING and thought, I need to capture this. I’m so glad I did.

Turns out, I got better at it.
